It’s only fitting that Ann and Jamie take the opportunity of the first blog post to announce the opening of their new firm, Hester & Payseur, PLLC. The firm officially opened in January 2015 in the newly updated office in the Glenway Commons building located at 100 Glenway Street, Suite A, Belmont, North Carolina 28012.
Ann was formerly located in the Stowe Building in downtown Belmont. She focuses on estate planning, family law, guardian ad litem representation, wills and trusts, and probate, among other related areas of law. She has a particular interest in special needs legal issues and advocating for children in court.
Jamie moved down the hall from her former office in Suite E of Glenway Commons, eager to expand not just her office’s physical space but also the array of services she can offer clients with the new partnership. Jamie is passionate about family law issues, particularly cases involving children. She also handles low level misdemeanors and traffic violations in the Gaston County area.
Both Ann and Jamie welcome any calls or inquiries regarding the new firm and their respective areas of practice. They anticipate that by working together they can provide a more comprehensive, effective, and valuable set of legal services to the Belmont and Gaston County communities.
